1. Must be a Winners Club member.
2. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
3. Must present valid government-issued photo identification (State, Tribal, Military, or Passport).
4. Guests must be actively playing with their Winners Club card properly inserted at time of Hot Seat drawing.
5. All eligibility is based on tracked play through the IGT system.
6. Limit one (1) win per guest, per promotional day.
7. A guest may win again on a separate promotional date.
8. Employees of OHKAY Hotel Casino and their immediate family members are not eligible.

A. Hot Seat Drawings (IGT Random Rewards)
1. Winners will be randomly selected every thirty (30) minutes.
2. Guests must be actively playing with a properly inserted Winners Club card.
3. Winners must report within two (2) minutes of announcement.
4. Failure to claim results in forfeiture and a redraw.
5. If a selected guest has already won that day, a redraw will occur.

B. Baseball Draw (Controlled Selection)
1. Each winner will draw one (1) baseball from a secured container.
2. Each promotional day will include:

• Four (4) Golden Balls
• Four (4) White Balls

3. Baseballs are drawn without replacement.
4. Ball count must be verified prior to each promotional day.
5. The container must remain secure and controlled at all times.

C. Golden Ball – Punch-Out Gameplay
1. Participants who draw a Golden Ball will advance to the Punch-Out Board.
2. Each participant must select exactly three (3) envelopes from their designated set of thirty (30).
3. No substitutions or changes are permitted once selection begins.
4. Each envelope contains a single cash value.
5. The participant’s prize is the total of the three (3) selected envelope values.
6. The Grand Prize ($100,000) is awarded only if the selected envelopes match the predetermined winning combination.
7. The winning combination is predetermined, secured, and controlled in accordance with Third Party requirements and is not known to on-site staff.
8. Any deviation from required gameplay procedures voids the attempt.

D. White Ball – Consolation Prize
1. Participants who draw a White Ball will receive $250 Bonus Cash.
2. Bonus Cash must be used within twenty-four (24) hours of issuance.
3. Bonus Cash is non-cashable and subject to standard property rules.

• Maximum of four (4) Golden Ball attempts per promotional day
• Maximum of twenty (20) total Punch-Out attempts during the promotional period
• Each attempt consists of selecting exactly three (3) envelopes from a set of thirty (30)
• White Ball Prize: $250 Bonus Cash
• Grand Prize: $100,000 (Insured Prize)

If the Grand Prize is not awarded, all outcomes default to the approved insured prize structure.

1. Maximum of eight (8) winners per promotional day.
2. Maximum of one (1) win per guest per day.
3. All prizes are non-transferable.
4. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion with Gaming Commission approval.
5. All disputes will be resolved by Management and may be appealed to the Ohkay Owingeh Gaming Commission.
6. All malfunctions, including system or human error, void affected rounds and may result in redraws.
7. Failure to follow defined gameplay procedures voids the attempt.
8. This promotion utilizes an insured prize structure administered by a Third Party provider. All gameplay must strictly adhere to approved procedures to maintain eligibility for prize coverage.
